What You Pay
All hosting-related charges and billing terms are outlined below and confirmed in your hosting agreement.
Hardware Purchase
You purchase and retain ownership of the physical ASIC miner assigned to your account by serial number.
Electricity
Electricity is billed according to the miner’s measured power consumption. The daily electricity charge is deducted from the miner’s gross mining rewards.
Hosting & Management Fee
Covers rack space, cooling, system monitoring, facility security, and preventative maintenance.
Setup & Deployment
Installation, racking, cabling, pool configuration, and initial diagnostics are included at no additional charge.
Mining Pool Fee
A standard 2% PPS+ pool fee is deducted automatically by the mining pool from daily gross production.
End-of-Term Shipping
At contract conclusion or upon an early extraction request, we provide a destination-specific insured DDP shipping quote before dispatch. The quote includes protective packing, insured transport, import customs clearance and applicable destination VAT, subject to carrier availability and destination-country import regulations.

Physical unit allocated and serial number registered to your account within 24 hours.
Activation
We rack your miner and complete mining activation by the end of the next business day after payment clearance and wallet setup.
Daily Fee Reconciliation & Net Payouts
Daily operating fees (electricity, management, pool) are settled against gross mining rewards. Net earnings are transferred directly to your external wallet every 24 hours (standard on-chain network fee applies).
End-of-Term Flexibility
