- Hardware orders may be cancelled for a full refund before allocation, custom preparation, packing, or dispatch begins.
- If a bank payment is confirmed after the selected production batch has closed, the Customer may choose the next available batch or request a full refund.
- Approved refunds are initiated within seven business days and are returned through the original payment method, subject to the applicable verification requirements.
- Eligible hardware purchased directly from Helium Mining is covered by a 365-day warranty starting from the date of delivery.
- Warranty coverage is verified through the product serial number and the original sales record.
- Covered faults include verified manufacturing defects, internal component failures not caused by the Customer, delivery damage, and hardware received in a non-operational condition.
- Depending on the technical findings, the resolution may include remote diagnosis, replacement parts, repair, or an equivalent replacement.
- For approved warranty repairs, Helium Mining covers standard return shipping after the repair or replacement is completed.
- The Customer is responsible for shipping an authorized warranty return to the service location specified in the RMA case.
- Unauthorized firmware, third-party overclocking, or unsupported modifications may affect warranty coverage only where they caused the fault or prevent reliable diagnosis.
- Damage caused by improper electrical installation, power surges, liquid exposure, inadequate cooling, operation outside specified environmental limits, or tampering with the serial number may be excluded from warranty coverage.
- Covered repairs are targeted for completion within 10 business days after receipt at the authorized service location. If additional time is required, the Customer will receive a written update or an alternative resolution plan.
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout according to the delivery destination and are shown separately from the product price.
- For retail orders of up to 10 devices, applicable import duties, taxes, and customs-clearance charges are handled by Helium Mining under the DDP delivery arrangement. The recipient is not required to pay these import charges separately.
- Orders of more than 10 devices are treated as commercial orders. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and related responsibilities are confirmed separately through the applicable Wholesale Quote.
- Every shipment is declared using an accurate commercial description, actual invoice value, and applicable customs classification.
- For in-stock hardware, the estimated dispatch timing is displayed before payment and begins after payment has cleared.
- Production batch pre-orders are dispatched according to the applicable Helium Mining batch-release schedule.
- The dispatch origin and shipping carrier are recorded with the order.
- Tracking information is provided once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
- Shipments are protected against accepted loss, theft, and physical transit damage up to the invoiced value, subject to the applicable carrier or insurance terms.
- Visible shipping damage should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Concealed damage should be reported within 7 days. Customers should retain the original packaging, labels, and shipping materials while the claim is reviewed.
- If a shipment problem results from a packing or documentation error attributable to Helium Mining, an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund will be provided in accordance with the applicable policy.
